At Queen Bee, we take pride in offering high quality skincare, beauty, and specialty products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Skincare Products and Devices

• Eligible for return within 7 days of purchase
• Item must be new, unused, and sealed in original packaging

Important:
Returned skincare products and devices are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers may choose to receive full store credit instead of a refund to avoid the restocking fee.

Opened, used, or unsealed skincare products or devices are NOT eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

Honey Products and Home Goods

• Eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of purchase
• Items must be new, unused, and sealed

Items that have been opened, used, or are not in original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non Eligible Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Opened skincare or beauty products
• Used personal care items
• Unsealed devices
• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Refunds and Store Credit

Approved refunds (minus any applicable restocking fee) will be issued to the original form of payment after inspection.

If you choose store credit, the full product value will be issued with no restocking fee.

If you used a financing provider such as Affirm, refunds will follow their policies and may adjust your balance or payment schedule.
